Editorial:

Niki is editor of New Humanist, a quarterly print + digital magazine, established in 1886.

Over the last twenty years, she has been UK editor and Gender & Social Justice section at OpenDemocracy, news editor at The Statesman (India) and assistant editor at The London Magazine.

She has also co-edited two essay collections, Democratic Wealth: Building a Citizens’ Economy and Rethinking the BBC: Public Media in the 21st Century.

She regularly chairs live events and appears on panels, including: HowTheLightGetsIn (chair), Institute of Arts and Ideas (chair), BBC Radio 4 (guest), Novara Media (panellist), Humanists UK (chair).

She also co-hosted a podcast, with Samira Shackle: With Reason.
